Race Information

This event will have two different “races” on Saturday, October 14th.

The first is a 5K race that will be timed and USATF certified.  The course starts in Patton Park and traverses the beautiful Oklawaha Greenway, a well maintained, paved trail that is 90% shaded with less than 40′ of elevation change.  This is a great course for a leisurely fall run, or setting a personal record.  There will be 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place awards for men and women race winners in each of the seven age brackets: 1-12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.

The second race is our 1-mile Color Run.  This race is a little over a mile in length, and is also paved and shaded.  The Color Run is not timed and will be fun for all, with great music and lots of color.

Check back soon… we will be posting a map of the race course including elevations and distance markers.
